Atos: Legal & General IM Ltd exceeds 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Legal & General Investment Management Limited, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on April 25 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital and voting rights in Atos, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The management company said it held 5,911,172 Atos shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the funds, i.e. 5.30% of the IT services group's capital and voting rights.
