Atos: four liquidity proposals received

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the publication of the updated parameters of its financial restructuring framework on April 29, Atos confirms having received on May 3 four financial proposals for the provision of new liquidity as part of the ongoing conciliation procedure.


These proposals come from a group of bondholders and banks, Bain Capital, EP Equity Investment (controlled by Daniel Kretinsky in partnership with Attestor Limited) and Onepoint (controlled by David Layani in consortium with Butler Industries).

Atos has already ruled out Bain Capital's proposal, but confirms its 'objective of reaching agreement on a financial restructuring solution acceptable to the financial creditors by May 31, with a view to finalizing a final agreement by July 2024'.

In addition, it confirms the signature of a 100 million euro interim financing agreement with bondholders, as well as progress in discussions with banks and the French State on the remaining 350 million in interim financing.
