JCDecaux: 11% increase in Q1 sales

(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux has published Q1 sales of E801.
6m, up 11.1% as reported (+11% on an organic basis).

Organic growth was achieved in all segments, including Street Furniture (+9.2%), Transport (+15.1%) and Billboard (+7%).

Moreover, all geographical areas reported positive organic growth in the first quarter, including double-digit sales growth in the UK, Asia-Pacific and the Rest of the World, JCDecaux management said.

Regarding its outlook, JCDecaux anticipates organic sales growth of around 12% in Q2, notably counting on the positive impact of the Paris Olympic Games and the European Football Championship in Germany.
