Clariane: towards sale of HAD/SSIAD activities in France

(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane announces that it has received a promise to purchase from the Fondation Santé Service, and has agreed to an exclusivity agreement for the sale of its Hospitalisation à Domicile and Services de Soins Infirmiers à Domicile (HAD/SSIAD) activities in France.


These activities represent eight Hospitalisation à Domicile establishments and three nursing and home assistance service agencies. They employ 309 people and generated sales of around ?46.5 million in 2023.

The transaction would be subject to finalization of the legal documentation and the transfer of administrative authorizations by the relevant health authorities. All net proceeds from the sale will be used to pay down the Group's debt.

With this transaction, in addition to those already finalized in March and April in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, the dependency care group would complete just over 40% of its total divestment program.
