Worldline: organic growth of 2.5% in Q1

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline posted sales of just under 1.
1 billion euros for the first quarter of 2024, representing organic growth of 2.5%, with a 3.9% increase in merchant services more than offsetting a 1.4% decline in financial services.

The merchant services division proved resilient to the current macroeconomic context and to merchant contract cancellations, thanks to underlying growth in acceptance business and strong sales momentum in Italy.

The payment solutions group confirms its targets for 2024, namely at least +3% organic growth in sales, at least 1.17 billion euros in adjusted EBITDA and at least 230 million euros in free cash flow.
