Réalités: raises 17 ME on the bond market

(CercleFinance.com) - Réalités announces that it has successfully completed the raising of a new EURO PP bond tranche for a total amount of 17 ME, in order to pursue the development of its activities over the next few years.


This new placement, named 'BIRD9%30NOV26', was issued by BIRD AM, a subsidiary of the Group, for a term of 18 to 36 months, at an interest rate of 9%.

Successfully placed with institutional investors and the Group's long-standing private managers, this new round of financing testifies to the lenders' confidence in Réalités' positioning, resilience and
trajectory", assures the company.
