Danone: E700m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Danone announces that it has succefully issued bonds amounting to E700m, maturing in six years, with a coupon of 3.
481%, an issue that has been widely subscribed to by a diversified investor base.

As part of its active cash management, the issue enables the food group to increase its financial leeway while extending the maturity of its debt. Settlement and delivery are scheduled for Friday 3 May, with the bonds listed on Euronext Paris.
