Danone: acquisition of Functional Formularies

S. leader in food-based tube feeding, Functional Formularies, a transaction for which the financial terms are not specified.

This acquisition strengthens the food group's medical nutrition portfolio in the U.S., expanding its enteral feeding range with unique, organic, food-based alternatives to traditional tube feeding formulas.

Functional Formularies markets its products to institutional customers in hospitals and long-term care facilities, as well as to individual online customers in the United States and Canada.
